Life-Long Goals:
I really want an education. I always have since I was little.
I have known my whole life, well more like second grade that I wanted to become
a teacher. I always thought I wanted to be an elementary school teacher. I thought teaching
kids would be perfect! But well into my first semester of college I soon
realized that wasn’t for me. I was not able nor willing to blow noses, undo
over-all’s, and hold kids hands down the halls for the rest of my life. So that
led me to discover my true passion…an English teacher. I loved English in high
school and I was good at it. So it was perfect. I want to eventually get a master’s
degree in high school counseling and become a student council advisor…but that
is way long term! I want to be married in the temple and have lots of kids…meaning
like five or six tops! I would love to live close to home…Idaho Falls, Rexburg,
somewhere close. But I know that Heavenly Father knows what is best and will
put me in a place where I need to be. I want to do what my Heavenly Father
wants me to do…If I feel good about something I will take that as a sign to
pursue it. There is quote by a general authority that talks about if there is
ever a good thought that comes into our mind; we need to know that is coming
from the spirit and that is something that I truly believe!
